The only E. Crane Computing product shipped as a package with CD and User Manual.is PowerGen Professional Edition. If you are ordering PowerGen Professional, you will receive a copy of the software package via Federal Express Overnight or Standard Two-Day delivery service, depending upon the service you've requested.

All other products (PowerGen Standard Edition, PBService, HarPB, HarvestFind, VersionEdit, PBLRescue, and PBLExplorer) are available for download only. If you are ordering one of these products, you will receive an email return confirmation within 24 hours of receipt of your order. That email will contain the password required to download the product from the Download area of this web.
